Age spots (including liver spots or solar lentigines) are collections of pigment ebermaige caused by sunlight, poor liver function tests, nutritional deficiency or physical inactivity. Also avoid alcohol, artificial Sastoffe, aspirin, caffeine, drugs, fat, food additives and preservatives, artificial foods with everything, meat, processed foods, salt, shellfish, sugar, tobacco smoke, and white flour.
